Wyndham Harbour
 ES Link Services prepared the Sustainability Initiatives for a major residential, commercial and marina development to the West of Melbourne as a part of the Environmental Effects Statement (EES). ES Link Services worked closely with the project proponents to not only meet statutory environmental and sustainability requirements, but deliver world class sustainability outcomes that include construction and operational carbon neutrality created through a biodiversity plantation in the upper catchment, rigorous application of best practice water management techniques including a ‘third pipe’ to utilise recycled water, and a monitoring and education component that supports research into further enhancing our ability to implement Ecologically Sustainable Development Principles.
The Sustainability Initiatives were widely acclaimed and a cornerstone of the approvals process.
